      <image:caption>I believe that health and happiness come from a strong foundation built on clear goals, a healthy relationship with food, simple daily habits that support your well being, and most importantly, a lifestyle you truly love being part of. After working as a massage therapist for 10 years, I realized that my true passion was helping clients improve their daily habits, especially when it came to food. I love food. I loved making pie with my Granny on lazy summer days. I loved the smell of onions and bacon drifting from the kitchen when my mom made western omelettes. I remember moments in life and the people I spent them with through the meals we shared, because the colours and flavours remain vivid in my memory. After studying nutrition, working with clients one on one, and mastering the art of meal prep, I realized there was a need for a service that provided thoughtfully prepared meals to families. Most people understood what healthy eating looked like, but they simply did not have the time or energy to make it happen consistently. In 2014, I approached my first client and asked, “Would you pay to have me cook meals for your family?” She said yes, and I cooked in her kitchen every two weeks for the next ten years. Seven years after that day and after being fully booked for years, I moved into a commercial kitchen and began building our culinary team so we could serve more families across Ottawa. Many families we serve have been with us long-term, several for nearly a decade. As founder, I now focus primarily on designing custom menus that reflect our clients’ preferences, favourite flavours, and health goals. I work closely with our clients, chefs and culinary team to ensure every meal is prepared with the same care, structure, and attention to detail that define our service. You will still find me in the kitchen from time to time. Our goal is to bring excitement and nourishment back to your meals while giving you more time to do what you love.</image:caption>
